We are a 25-year young not for profit (501 (c) (3)) organization serving seniors between 59th and 125th Streets on the Upper West Side.  For information, please see the brief description attached and www.onestopseniorservices.org.  Funding currently received from NYC Department for the Aging and NYS Office of Aging as well as multiple private foundations and corporations. Now looking to build an individual donor data base of contributors.

Position reports to the Executive Director and includes the following responsibilities:

• Develop/Implement calendar of individual donor development activities (e.g. direct mail campaign, open house, etc.)
• Develop/implement program-specific donor development activities (in partnership with program staff) including creation of Advisory Committee, etc.
• Facilitate involvement of Board and staff in donor development activities
• Maintain internal data base of contacts and contributors
• Work with Executive Team to create compelling communications materials, including press releases, annual reports, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent writing & communication skills
• Superior organizational skills & overall attaention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate goals of community based senior services programs and of One Stop, in particular
• Proficiency in MS Office, incl, Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
