How can CAB Bronx Works enhance your business through our new wage-subsidy initiative?
1.We can provide NYC businesses with skilled personnel at no-cost to them for 30 hours a week for up to a three month period. (All personnel will be paid 100% by CAB via city contract) 2.The referral process is simple a worksite agreement is prepared: You give us your job specifications. We pre-screen and recommend candidates that have the skill-sets that meet your qualifications. 3.You decide which candidates to interview and hire. Each subsidize employee is subject to all rules and regulation as any other employee.
4.This is a mutually beneficial initiative for both Businesses and Job Seekers alike who gain more work experience as well as additional references.
